| We need voluntary trustees |
|
Due to the retirement of some of our long serving trustees,
Sheffield Mencap is looking for three new trustees to ensure that the
organisation has a clear strategy, that it remains true to its original
vision and that it complies with all necessary rules and legal
obligations.
As well as having a keen interest in our aims and objectives and
being able to contribute strategically across a wide range of issues,
interested candidates should possess expertise in at least one of the
following categories:
Law, HR, Finance, Fundraising, National/Local Government or Facilities management.
 Appointments are initially for three years and may be extended for a
further three years. The Executive committee meets every six to eight
weeks and meetings are held at Norfolk Lodge.
