The main website was designed by, and is maintained by volunteers. Thanks to all those who have contributed advice
and expertise to enable us to set up this site.
There are no paid-for links on this site. Links to companies and organisations are in recognition of donations and services
gifted to Sheffield Mencap, or resources used on the website; we trust they have no objection to our using their logos for this purpose. Similarly, we
have used logos to link to clubs, venues and organisations which we think will be of interest to our members.
We will respond to any objection to our using a logo in this way by immediate removal.
Photographs and cuttings in the History Section are reproduced with
the kind permission of Sheffield Telegraph and Star. All other photographs containing images of members are the copyright of Sheffield Mencap and Gateway
or its members and may not be reproduced for any use outside the Organisation.
We have endeavoured to seek permission from all members and others who appear in the photos,
but if anyone is unhappy that a photo appears on the site they should contact the manager and the photo will be removed.
Thanks to Val at Action Space Mobile and the In the Boat Band, which includes several of our Gateway members, for permission to
