Megan's story
This is my first year at PTI at Sheffield Mencap and Gateway. Before I started PTI I went to college, after leaving school in Year 11. During my 3 years at college I did Foundation Studies for 2 years and a BTech 1st Diploma Performing Arts course for 1 year. I didn't complete the course for personal reasons.
In September 2009 I started PTI and I feel much happier than I did at college. At PTI I enjoy doing creative things such as arts and crafts. At PTI I also get to learn how to do Office type things which involves being a good receptionist, filing and admin work.
My dream job is to be an actress. I like to do a lot of drama to improve my acting skills. One day I hope to be a film actor.
